Identity
PaDI is an international organization dedicated to promoting the integral development and sustainable structuring of individuals, organizations and systems.
It trains and supports Integral Development Ambassadors, capable of making a positive and lasting impact on their environments.
Based in Cotonou, in the Republic of Benin, it is part of a pan-African vision aimed at strengthening human, institutional and social capacities in the service of collective progress.
Based on the doctrine of integral development and the Integral Coaching approach, PaDI implements training, research and coaching programs aimed at developing individual and collective responsibility and transformational leadership. Through its initiatives and partnerships, it contributes to the emergence of sustainable transformation dynamics in the public, private and social spheres, in Africa and beyond.
Mission
La PaDI a pour objet de promouvoir le développement intégral des individus, des organisations et des sociétés. Pour atteindre cet objectif, l’Association peut notamment :
