L’Ordre des Coachs en D\u00e9veloppement Int\u00e9gral (OCDI) est l’organe professionnel institu\u00e9 au sein de La Panafricaine du D\u00e9veloppement Int\u00e9gral (La PaDI) par la D\u00e9cision N\u00b0007\/PM\/PaDI\/2026 du 22 avril 2026. Il agit par d\u00e9l\u00e9gation et sous l’autorit\u00e9 du Pr\u00e9sident Mondial. L’OCDI constitue simultan\u00e9ment\u202f:<\/p>

  • une structure de r\u00e9gulation de la profession de coach en d\u00e9veloppement int\u00e9gral\u202f;<\/li>
  • un cadre doctrinal et m\u00e9thodologique de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence\u202f;<\/li>
  • un espace d’organisation, de d\u00e9veloppement et de repr\u00e9sentation de ses membres.<\/li><\/ul>

    L’OCDI a \u00e9t\u00e9 institu\u00e9 le 22 avril 2026 \u00e0 Grand-Bassam (C\u00f4te d’Ivoire) par d\u00e9cision du Pr\u00e9sident Mondial de La PaDI, \u00e0 l’issue d’un travail doctrinal et institutionnel men\u00e9 avec les premiers coachs pionniers de la communaut\u00e9 panafricaine du d\u00e9veloppement int\u00e9gral.<\/p>

    La cr\u00e9ation de l’Ordre r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une triple n\u00e9cessit\u00e9\u202f: doter la profession d’un cadre de r\u00e9gulation propre et conforme aux standards internationaux\u202f; garantir aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires et aux organisations la qualit\u00e9 des coachs revendiquant le titre\u202f; donner \u00e0 la doctrine du d\u00e9veloppement humain int\u00e9gral le bras professionnel qui la d\u00e9ploie sur le terrain.<\/p>

    Le 22 avril 2026 demeure la date fondatrice de l’Ordre. Elle est inscrite dans chacune des D\u00e9cisions du corpus institutionnel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

    L’OCDI fonctionne en articulation \u00e9troite avec les autres organes de La PaDI, dans le respect des attributions de chacun.
